roast beef wrap with horseradish slaw
Yummy sandwich! I picked up some salt and vinegar chips to go with these sandwiches because they are a favorite around here.
roast beef wrap with horseradish slaw (Real Simple Magazine, February 2011)
1/4 cup sour cream (I used light)
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish (I used Kraft horseradish sauce)
1 cup coleslaw mix
2 (10-inch) flour tortillas (I used flatout flatbread*)
2 cups spinach or arugula
6 ounces sliced roast beef
4 ounces sliced Cheddar cheese
In a medium bowl, combine sour cream and horseradish. Fold in coleslaw mix. Dividing evenly, top two 10-inch flour tortillas with spinach or arugula, roast beef, cheddar and slaw. Roll up tightly, folding in the sides. Wrap and refrigerate for up to 1 day.
