Remember the sandwich I made yesterday? Well, I used the extra sauce on my chicken salad as dressing for lunch today and it was delicious (I don't like food to go to waste). I can't wait to try it on a taco salad!!
chipotle mayo (Fitness Magazine, January 2011)
1/4 cup mayonnaise (I used light mayo)
1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
1 tablespoon scallions, chopped
1 tablespoon chipotle chiles in adobo
1 tablespoon lime juice
