simple sicilian salad dressing (allrecipes.com)
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil (I use less)
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1 1/4 teaspoons dried oregano
salt and pepper to taste
Mix together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, oregano, salt and pepper. Makes 8 servings.
