When I asked my daughter what kind of cake she wants for her birthday she said, "chocolate, banana and acorn". Acorn? I stretched my brain and my internet skills and found these little cuties which will decorate her chocolate banana cake.
acorn cookies (idea from My Treadmill is Broken)
mini nilla wafers
hershey kisses
chocolate chips
Melt a handful of chocolate chips. Use the melted chocolate to "glue" one kiss and one chocolate chip to a nilla wafer.
I can't wait to make these to accompany holiday goodie plates!
